First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether hearing aids, with or without a tinnitus masker, can improve hearing and reduce tinnitus symptoms in adults with hearing loss and tinnitus. About 100 participants will wear hearing aids for 6 months, with the masker turned on after 3 months. The goal is to see if these devices help people hear better and feel less bothered by ringing in the ears.
