Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a smartphone app called the Healthy Minds Program is practical and well-liked by people who have had suicidal thoughts in the past month. About 50 adults will use the app for 4 weeks and complete questionnaires. The goal is to see if the app helps reduce suicidal thoughts and improve mindfulness.
