Summary
This study surveys 150 healthcare workers from different hospitals to see how much they know about healthy lifestyles, how healthy they are themselves, and what advice they give patients. Researchers will also check their health with simple tests. The goal is to find gaps between knowledge and action so better training can help them guide patients more effectively.
