Doctors and nurses: do they practice what they preach?

Summary
This study looks at how much healthcare workers know about healthy lifestyles, how healthy their own habits are, and what they recommend to patients. About 150 healthcare workers from different hospitals will answer surveys and get health checks. The goal is to find gaps between knowledge and practice to improve training and patient care.
