Summary
This study tested a two-year program in Danish schools and communities designed to help children maintain a healthy weight. The program focused on improving diet, physical activity, sleep habits, and reducing screen time for kids aged 6-11. Researchers compared 12 schools using the program to 12 schools that did not, to see if it led to healthier body composition.
