Summary

This study tests whether giving vouchers for healthy foods can help people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes who have low incomes lower their blood sugar levels. About 390 participants will receive vouchers or standard care. The main goal is to see if blood sugar (measured by A1c) improves over time.
