NCT ID NCT05817838
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a program to help Southeast Asian families (Hmong, Cambodian, Laotian, or Vietnamese) with children ages 6 to 11 eat healthier. The program included nutrition classes, one-on-one talks, text messages, and coupons for healthy food. The main goal was to see if the program was possible to run, and then to check if it improved children's diets, weight, and blood sugar. 114 families took part, and the results will help decide if a larger study should be done.
