Summary

This study tests a weight management and health behavior program for people with BRCA+ or Lynch syndrome mutations, as well as their family members. The goal is to help participants lose weight, eat more fruits and vegetables, and be more active to lower their cancer risk. The program includes diet and exercise support tailored to those with hereditary cancer syndromes.
