Summary

This study looks at whether adding health and resilience lessons to the regular coursework of occupational therapy students helps them live healthier, feel better about themselves, and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. About 130 students will take part over several years, filling out questionnaires before and after the program. The goal is to see if these programs make a real difference in students' well-being.
