Summary

This study looks at whether adding health and resilience programs to the occupational therapy curriculum helps students feel better and live healthier. About 130 students will take part in the programs as part of their regular coursework and complete surveys before and after. The goal is to see if these programs improve lifestyle, self-esteem, mindfulness, and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
