First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether a structured 12-week program focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management can improve fatigue, physical function, and quality of life in people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Thirty participants will first be observed for 12 weeks, then complete the program with online exercise sessions, meal plans, and daily habit tracking. Researchers will also check if lifestyle changes affect inflammation and immune markers.
