Summary
This study is for people with head and neck cancer that has spread to only a few other places in the body. It aims to see if combining a precise, high-dose radiation treatment (stereotactic radiotherapy) with chemotherapy works better than the radiation treatment alone. The main goal is to help patients live longer while maintaining their quality of life, and to see which approach causes fewer serious side effects.
