Summary
This study is testing whether adding chemotherapy to a precise, high-dose radiation treatment works better than the radiation treatment alone for patients whose head and neck cancer has spread to only a few other places in the body. The main goal is to see if more patients are alive and feeling well one year after treatment. It will also compare side effects and costs between the two approaches.
