New hope for head and neck cancer patients who failed immunotherapy

Summary
This study tests whether adding a new oral drug called NRC-2694-A to standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) can help control advanced head and neck cancer that has worsened after immunotherapy. About 46 patients who have already tried and progressed on drugs like pembrolizumab or nivolumab will receive the combination treatment. Researchers will measure whether tumors shrink and monitor how long the treatment keeps the cancer from growing.
