Summary

This study is testing whether adding radiation and chemotherapy before immunotherapy works better than immunotherapy alone for people whose head and neck cancer has returned after initial treatment. Researchers will enroll 214 adults with recurrent cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if the combination approach helps patients live longer compared to the current standard treatment.
