Summary
This study is testing the safety and immune effects of a two-drug combination given to patients before they have surgery for HPV-negative head and neck cancer. The drugs are designed to help the patient's own immune system fight the tumor. Researchers will measure how immune cells enter the tumor after treatment and monitor patients for side effects.
