NCT ID NCT07331389
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This early-stage study is looking at how a new drug called HDM1002 interacts with five common medications (metformin, empagliflozin, midazolam, valsartan, and warfarin) in overweight or obese adults. The goal is to see if taking them together changes drug levels in the body and to check for any safety issues. About 111 healthy overweight adults aged 18-45 will participate. This study does not aim to treat a disease but to gather important safety and interaction data.
