Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called HD-tDCS can improve visual and thinking abilities in people with posterior cortical atrophy (PCA), a rare dementia that affects vision. About 50 participants will receive either real or sham stimulation over 4 days, with an optional longer-term open-label phase. The goal is to see if this treatment can ease symptoms and change brain activity patterns.
