First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug called HCW9218 in 18 people with advanced solid tumors (except pancreatic and brain cancers) who had already tried at least two other treatments. The drug is designed to both activate the immune system and block signals that help tumors grow. The main goal was to find the safest dose and see if the drug could shrink tumors or stop them from growing.
