First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called HB0025 combined with chemotherapy against the current standard treatment (tislelizumab plus chemo) for people with advanced nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 500 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive either treatment every 3 weeks to see which works better at delaying cancer growth. The goal is to find a more effective first-line option for this type of lung cancer.
