Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental treatment called HB-200 in 7 people with HPV16-positive head and neck cancer who completed standard therapy but still have HPV DNA in their blood, suggesting possible microscopic cancer. The goal is to see if HB-200 can control or eliminate these hidden cancer cells. Participants must have no visible cancer on scans or exams. The study focuses on safety and survival.
