Weekly adaptive radiation aims to tame High-Risk prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a weekly, image-guided radiation therapy for men with very high-risk prostate cancer that has not spread widely. 54 participants will receive five precise radiation doses to the prostate and pelvic lymph nodes, with higher doses to any visible tumors. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can be delivered as planned, while controlling the cancer.
