Summary
This study is testing whether special vending machines (kiosks) that provide clean syringes and other harm reduction supplies can help lower the risk of HIV, hepatitis C, and drug overdoses in rural Appalachian Kentucky. About 752 adults who use drugs will take part. The goal is to see if these kiosks make it easier for people to get clean supplies and reduce risky behaviors.
