Summary

This study tested a program to help teens and young adults (ages 14-25) with type 1 diabetes reduce diabetes-related stress and improve blood sugar levels. Over 2 years, 217 participants either received the program or standard care. The goal was to see if the program could increase time spent in a healthy blood sugar range and lower A1c levels.
