App aims to simplify rehab for kids with disabilities

Summary
This study is testing a secure app called 'Deneo Kid' to see if it helps families and doctors work together better for children with movement disabilities. About 20 kids and their families will use the app for 3 months to share goals and updates. Researchers will check if the app is easy to use and improves care coordination.
