Summary
This study tests a stem cell transplant using a half-matched (haploidentical) donor for people with blood cancers who don't have a fully matched donor. The approach uses chemotherapy and radiation before transplant, plus drugs like cyclophosphamide and bortezomib after to prevent graft-versus-host disease (a complication where donor cells attack the body). The main goal is to see how well the new stem cells take hold (engraftment) in 15 participants aged 18-65.
