Summary
This study is testing whether a special, intensive hand and arm strength training program can help children who have had a stroke. It involves children aged 7 to 12 doing repeated, goal-oriented exercises to improve their ability to use their affected arm and hand. The goal is to see if this focused training can make daily tasks easier for these children.
