First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining task-oriented training (practicing everyday hand tasks) with Mulligan mobilization (a gentle joint movement technique) could improve hand function, reduce pain, and boost quality of life in 54 adults with rheumatoid arthritis. Participants were between 30 and 65 years old and had mild to moderate disability. The results help show which non-drug therapies might work best for managing hand symptoms.
