This study tested two hand therapy methods—task-oriented training and Mulligan mobilization—in 54 adults with rheumatoid arthritis. The goal was to see if these treatments could improve hand strength, function, and pain, and boost quality of life. Results may offer simple, drug-free ways to manage daily hand symptoms.
