Hand injury patients get a video boost to understand recovery

Summary
This study looks at what limits social activities in adults with hand injuries and tests whether a 10-15 minute video from a physiotherapist can improve their knowledge and awareness. About 40 participants will fill out questionnaires before and after watching the video. The goal is to see if simple education can help people better manage their recovery.
