Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosed with ischemic stroke (duration ≥ 3 months post-stroke) * Patients with hemiparesis affecting the upper limb have a 15-30 score by the Fugl-Meyer Assessment. * Medically stable for physical therapy * Signed informed consent Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with pacemakers or implanted electrical devices * Upper limb fractures or contractures * Skin allergies or wounds over the stimulation site * Previously taking physiotherapy for the last 3 months.
