Summary

This study tests whether a 15-minute hand and foot exercise routine can reduce nerve pain, numbness, and tingling caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients. 58 adults aged 20-60 with mild nerve damage will either receive standard care or standard care plus the exercise program. Researchers will measure symptom changes over 8 weeks using a questionnaire.
