Summary
This study compares three techniques—stretching, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)—to see which best improves flexibility in people with tight hamstrings. Thirty-six adults aged 18 to 30 with hamstring tightness will participate. Researchers will measure changes in flexibility and muscle strength after a single session to find the most effective acute treatment.
