Summary
This study compares two stretching techniques—Post-Isometric Relaxation and Active Static Stretching—to see which one improves hamstring flexibility more in healthy university students aged 18-25. Participants will be assigned to one of the two methods and have their flexibility measured before and after four weeks. The goal is to help physiotherapists choose the most effective stretching approach for tight hamstrings.
