Summary

This study compares two common stretching techniques—Post-Isometric Relaxation and Active Static Stretching—to see which one improves hamstring flexibility more in healthy university students aged 18-25. Fifty-four participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods and stretch for four weeks. The goal is to help physiotherapists choose the most effective technique for easing tight hamstrings.
