Summary
This observational study aims to understand why some people with Parkinson's disease experience visual hallucinations. Researchers will compare how prior expectations influence false perceptions during a computer task in patients with and without hallucinations, as well as healthy volunteers. The study involves 60 participants and uses cognitive tests, but does not offer any treatment.
