First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested whether a habit-building worksheet and a chat with a pharmacist could help people remember to take their new long-term medications for heart disease or depression. Thirty-three adults took part. Researchers measured how well the habit worksheet worked compared to standard pharmacist advice, focusing on whether it was easy to use and if it helped form stronger medication-taking habits.
