Summary
This study tested whether a science-based habit-formation app helps adults with prediabetes stay engaged in the National Diabetes Prevention Program. 450 participants who signed up for the program either used the app or not. Researchers measured class attendance, program retention, and weight loss to see if the app made a difference.
