Summary
This study tested whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal formula (Banxiaxiexin decoction) to a standard two-drug antibiotic treatment works better for clearing H. pylori infection and easing stomach discomfort. 104 adults with both H. pylori and functional dyspepsia took part. The main goal was to see if the combination could kill the bacteria more effectively.
