Summary

This study examines gynecological problems and infertility in women who received a stem cell transplant for acute leukemia as adults. Researchers will review medical records of 80 women to see how common issues like early menopause, vaginal graft-versus-host disease, and cervical problems are two years after transplant. The goal is to better understand these complications and improve care for future patients.
