New drug combo aims to control advanced breast cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called GVV858, alone or with hormone therapy, in people with advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can help control the disease. About 205 adults will take part across multiple centers.
