New drug cocktail aims to stop transplant rejection in blood cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (cyclophosphamide, bortezomib, and abatacept) can prevent graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) in people receiving a stem cell transplant for blood cancers. About 74 adults will take part. The goal is to reduce severe immune reactions that can damage the body after transplant.
