Summary
This study looks at how a prebiotic supplement called FiberSmart changes the bacteria in the small intestine of healthy adults. Thirty people will take either the prebiotic or a placebo daily for 21 days. A special capsule is used to sample bacteria directly from the small intestine, giving new insights beyond standard stool tests.
