NCT ID NCT07201259

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This observational study looks at how immunotherapy (immune checkpoint inhibitors) affects ovarian function and fertility in women aged 18-38 with cancer. Researchers will collect blood and stool samples over six treatment cycles to measure hormone levels and analyze gut bacteria. The goal is to see if differences in gut microbes are linked to better or worse fertility outcomes after treatment.
