Summary
This study looks at gut changes in people with untreated Parkinson's disease compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers will measure gut permeability, microbiome, and transit time to see how the gut is affected early in the disease. No treatment is tested; the goal is to learn more about Parkinson's and guide future research. Participants include 100 adults aged 18-75 with untreated Parkinson's and healthy controls aged 40-75.
