Summary
This study tests whether a special mushroom powder (Ganoderma lucidum spores) can reduce depression in women who have had thyroid cancer surgery. Three hundred female participants will take either the mushroom supplement or a placebo for three months. The goal is to see if it improves mood and sleep by changing gut bacteria and body chemicals.
