Summary
This study looks at how a plant-based diet or supplements (omega-3, curcumin, or probiotics) change butyrate levels in the stool of people with smoldering multiple myeloma or MGUS. About 200 participants will be followed for 2 weeks. The goal is to understand how diet affects gut bacteria, not to treat the disease directly.
