New hope for Crohn's patients: drug may keep disease away after surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether the drug guselkumab can stop Crohn's disease from coming back in the gut after surgery. About 88 adults with moderate to severe Crohn's who have had a bowel resection will receive guselkumab and be monitored for 48 weeks. The main goal is to see how many people have no signs of disease returning at 24 weeks.
