NCT ID NCT05224570
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 120 people who were treated in French intensive care units (ICUs) for gunshot wounds between 2015 and 2021. The goal was to understand how often people died within 28 days and what types of organ damage occurred. The researchers also wanted to find factors, like age or other health problems, that might predict a higher risk of death. This was an observational study, meaning no new treatments were tested.
