Dental gel could give implants stronger, thicker gum support

NCT ID NCT07053969

Summary

This study is testing whether applying a special gel called enamel matrix derivatives (EMD) during dental implant surgery creates thicker gum tissue around the implants. Researchers will compare results between patients who receive the gel and those who don't. The goal is to see if thicker gums provide better long-term support for dental implants.
